Stuart is founder and Director of Leindter Estates, Stuart is well positioned to provide property services with over 25 years’ experience.
In the earlier part of Stuart’s career he worked in commercial property & development finance as well as Project Manager delivering a significant number of residential and commercial refurbishment projects.
However Stuart’s passion for all things property led him to becoming a licensed property professional and he has not looked back. Stuart’s broad property experience brings unique property skills and perspectives to the table.
Stuart is an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland & RICS.
Ray Kenny

Ray combines extensive property expertise with a dynamic, forward-thinking approach to growth and performance. He has developed a strong track-record in sales and acquisitions, leasing, and strategic refurbishments.
Clients return to Ray for his multi-disciplinary property skills and his personal approach to property. Ray is an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland & RICS.
Sheila McCarthy
Accounting & Tax Director
Sheila has over 20 years of accounting and tax experience and manages the Company’s accounting & tax function. In addition to servicing the requirements of our non-resident landlord clients, Sheila advises on capital allowances, tax planning including capital acquisitions tax (CAT), capital gains tax (CGT) and value added tax (VAT). In an ever-changing tax environment Sheila provides clear advice on all tax matters.
Sheila is an ACA qualified Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute.
